Old World Homes is a Phoenix-based company focused on land acquisition, development and real estate investment opportunities in the Arizona market. The company and its members have substantial experience in all aspects of the Arizona real estate market, including land, entitlements, infrastructure and development.

Paul Johnson, CEO of Old World Homes, has founded several multimillion-dollar companies and owns or controls large real estate holdings. Paul served as Phoenix Mayor from 1990-1994 and as a member of the Phoenix City Council from 1985-1990. He also served as chairman of the Arizona League of Cities and Towns, and on several regional planning committees. These positions have given him special understanding of the real estate regulatory, development and entitlement process.
