How do I qualify?

Proof of eligibility

Participant must live in the community during the time they are Receiving the
grant.

Participation is limited and based upon home availability.

Grantee must use a qualified lender and Grantee must qualify for loan.

No other discounts are available with this grant.

No commissions will be paid to any outside real estate brokers or agents.
